Important Information
It’s important to bear the following in mind when you want to make a deposit:
- Alpari International does not accept payment from third parties.
- When you’re making your deposit, you will need to provide a copy of the front and back of your payment card – in full colour. For security purposes, we recommend you cover the entire credit card number except the last four digits, as well as the three digit CVV code on the back. Everything else must be clearly visible and the card must be signed.
- Alpari International only accepts card transactions in the following currencies: USD, EUR and GBP. Any card transaction sent in any other currency will be converted to one of these three denominations which the card processor may charge a conversion fee for.
- The card processor will charge the receiving party a fee for each transaction, which is incurred by Alpari International clients. (Check the conversion rates table here). The net amount will be deposited in to your trading account, which was funded through the card processor.
- Successful deposits are sent to the trading account quickly. However, if the card processor or Alpari International has trouble verifying your information, there may be delays.
- If you want to withdraw your deposit, the funds must be withdrawn to the same card used for the deposit.
- You may have to provide us with an authorisation code for your deposit.
- You may also be required to provide us with your card statement, or a screenshot of your bank statement, showing the transaction to Alpari International.
- It’s important to add that any request from us will come from an official Alpari International email address. We will never request any confidential information (CVV or 3D secure code, for example). If you receive any suspicious looking emails asking you for sensitive information, please report them to us at: [email protected].
- Alpari International does not store client card data. All card data is collected and securely kept within the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1-licensed Payment Services Provider.
